Mobile Home Insurance
If you own a mobile or manufactured home, you may be unable to purchase a standard homeowners policy. A mobile home policy will get you many of the same coverages though. The age, dimensions and make and model of your mobile home are all pieces of information you will need for your agent. Many insurance companies, including Foremost which is the company this agency uses, prefer that mobile homes be located in approved mobile home parks.
Park model trailers also qualify for Mobile Home policies if they are permanently affixed in a location. To qualify, the trailer must have electrical and water hookups for the location.
